WASHINGTON: US President Barack Obama will arrive in Middle East on his important visit.
Obama will arrive in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday and try to settle Saudi Arabia’s anger over US-Iran nuclear deal.
Sources claimed that the relations between both countries became bitter when Obama gave a controversial statement against Kingdom during an interview to Atlantic magazine.
Atlantic magazine described Obama as “clearly irritated that foreign-policy orthodoxy compels him to treat Saudi Arabia as an ally.”
Obama also claimed that Saudi Arabia will have to seek to share Middle East with its arch-rival Iran.
Both countries also fought in Yemen and Syria on same sides.
Days before, Saudi Arabia warned to sell off US assets upon publishing of 9/11 legislation which claimed Saudi Arabia responsible for 9/11 attacks.
White House also showed concerns that Obama may veto the legislation.
