PM Imran Khan claims being blackmailed for NRO

Torkham: Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has claimed that he is being blackmailed by opposition for giving them NRO deal.Khan while addressing presser here in Torkham after the inauguration of 24/7 border crossing—stated that opposition was blackmailing him to secure an NRO.
The premier made it overtly clear that NRO will not be awarded to anyone.
“They [opposition] mercilessly pillaged country and obliterated economy”, added PM Khan while stating, “Those who were give an NRO in Musharraf era had played havoc with country’s economy.”
“Graft cases were lodged against the opposition in their own eras. Both Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) have lodged cases against each other”, PM apprised attendants.
Linking uplift of the economy with peace, PM stated that it was priority of the incumbent government to restore lasting peace in the country and to better ties with all neighboring countries.
