ISLAMABAD - COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa calls Boxer Mohammad Waseem 'pride of Pakistan'.
Pakistan’s prolific boxer, Muhammad Waseem met Chief Of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa in his office on Wednesday, where the Army Chief congratulated him on the emphatic victory.
COAS Bajwa met Waseem after his impressive win against Filipino opponent, Conrado Tanamor, within 62 seconds link of the first round in Dubai on Friday night.
“Talent like you is our pride, we are here to support youngsters like you having potential and positive energy”, COAS Bajwa during the meeting.
