Security forces killed terrorists in a shootout in KP

A terrorist was killed during an exchange of fire with security forces in the Jani Khel area of Bannu district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Monday.
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the security forces conducted an operation on the information of the presence of terrorists in Jani Khel by sensitive agencies and a terrorist was shot dead in exchange of fire during the operation.
It was further added that arms and ammunition were also recovered from the possession of the slain terrorist.
According to ISPR, the slain terrorist was active in operations against the security forces.
