Former President Asif Zardari granted relief from NAB Court

Former President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari granted exemption from personal appearance by Islamabad accountability court in Park Lane reference hearing.
According to the details, Accountability Court Judge Azam Khan conducted the hearing of the reference filed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Farooq H Naek, lawyer of the former president appeared in court and demanded that the case be put off for the counsel couldn’t come to Islamabad as he is busy pursuing cases in Karachi.
Separate applications on the behalf of Zardari and co-accused Abdul Ghani Majeed were filed in court seeking exemption from personal appearance in today’s hearing.
