Donald Trump being President can destroy the world’s economy: Report

WASHINGTON: A British research group claimed that Donald Trump as a president could be a big threat to the world and it can destroy world’s economy.
The report claimed that Trump’s controversial statements against Muslims would be a “potent recruitment tool for Jihadi groups”.
The Economic Intelligence Unit (EIU) said “he has been exceptionally hostile towards free trade, including notably NAFTA, and has repeatedly labeled China as a ‘currency manipulator.’”
It said “In the event of Trump victory, his hostile attitude to free trade, and alienation of Mexico and China in particular, could escalate rapidly into a trade war.”
EIU ranked Trump at no. 12 as compared to Brexit at 13 and Syria ranked at 16 in the evaluation of global risk assessment.
The research group claimed that Trump could be more dangerous for world stability than ISIS or anything else.
Trump is famous for his controversial statement against Muslims.
White House also warned that Trump’s presidential campaign and his anti-Muslim remarks are damaging US reputation in the world.
