Pakistan's first ever 'Payment Gateway' to be established under new E Commerce Policy

Islamabad: For the first time, the government has decided to establish a "payment gateway" in Pakistan, which will benefit small and medium enterprises.
Federal government has decided to take new steps to facilitate entrepreneurs. The governmenthas announced to establish a "payment gateway" for the first time in Pakistan.
Global companies like PayPal, MoneyGram, Visa, Master will be stakeholders, and small and medium-sized businesses will get benefit from the payment gateway.
From the payment gateway, small and medium enterprises will be able to earn revenue by selling their products overseas.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the current government in the country is working on e-commerce policy and aimed to remove business community's obstacles and barriers.
