ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said he has ordered the Interior Minister to probe reports of phone calls to ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders to support no confidence motion in Balochistan.

In his interview with Senior Analyst Arif Nizami for program “Ho Kya Raha Hai” to be aired tonight, he said that he has received reports of phone calls to ruling PML-N members to support no confidence motion against Balochistan chief minister.

The prime minister said that the elections will be held on time in July.

Abbasi said that those who have ironed their sherwanis would be disappointed.

Responding to question regarding any meeting on the sideline of Davos Summit in Switzerland, he said that there weren’t any plans of meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The premier also suggested Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri to return to his country.

The program will be aired tonight at 7pm.
