US Vice President Joe Biden has said that Russia is the biggest threat to the international liberal order.
Addressing World Economic Forum in Davos, he urged the United States to work with Europe to stand up to Vladimir Putin.
Joe Biden said many European countries will hold elections this year and we should expect further attempts by Russia to meddle in the democratic process.
