50 Pakistani workers jailed in Bahrain

ISLAMABAD: Pakistani workers in Bahrain are facing turmoil for demanding their right.
50 Pakistanis are languishing at deport center of Bahrain for more than one year.
Detained workers belong to Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh and Kohat.
According to details, Pakistani workers had filed a petition in Bahrain’s court seeking payment of salaries.
Court gave verdict in favour of workers but the authorities concerned moved against the verdict and got them detained at the deport center.
Pakistani embassy in Bahrain has not yet contacted the workers.
