Pakistan Rangers seize huge cache of weapons from Karachi
KARACHI: Three suspects were rounded up and a huge cache of arms and ammunition was recovered during Rangers operation in Karachi’s Rizvia Society on Monday.

According to Sindh Rangers spokesperson, the suspects have been identified as Azam Abbas, Amir Abbas and Asif who were involved in illegal trade of weapons.

The suspects then helped police locate the house, where a cache of weapons was present.

The recovered weapons include G3 rifle, four small machine guns (SMGs), two 7mm rifles, M4 rifles, .22 rifle, .22 pistol, six 9mm pistols, five 12 bore pistols, four 30 bore, a 32 bore pistol and a 38 bore pistol.

Moreover, about 2,159 rounds of different weapons were also seized from the suspect’s possession.
Let it be known that the Director-General (DG) Rangers Major General Muhammad Saeed on Tuesday said that the Karachi operation has yielded noticeably positive results.
