Over 30 dead in Philippines due to slow-moving storm

In Philippines, more than 30 people were killed and several others went missing due to landslides and floods caused by slow moving storm in central parts of the country.
The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council said the storm forced more than 89,000 people to flee to emergency shelters.
