Three female MNAs of PTI face disqualification sword threat

*ISLAMABAD – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday issued notices to three female Members National Assembly (MNA) of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in case pertaining to dual nationality.*

According to the details, the IHC took up the petition of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) MNAs. During the hearing, the counsel of the applicant was of the view that PTI MNAs *Malayka Bukhar*i,* Tashfeen Safdar* and *Kanwal Showzeb*are dual nationals.

The petitioner stated that all three PTI leaders have lied to the apex court. He also appealed the court to disqualify the MNAs under Article 62 and 63 of the constitution.

The court while issuing notices to PTI MNAs summoned their replies in a week.

Earlier, *Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar,* link hearing the dual nationality case at Lahore Registry, has sought the details of education, experience and eligibility of Zulfi Bukhari, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.

The court also ordered to present the file regarding appointment of Zulfi Bukhari.
