Ehsas programme to go a long way in alleviating poverty in comprehensive manner: PM

Prime Minister Imran Khan says Ehsas is a flagship programme of the present government which is aimed at addressing the issue of poverty alleviation from the country in comprehensive manner.
He was presiding over a review meeting on Ehsas Programme in Islamabad today (Wednesday).
The Prime Minister reviewed timelines for implementation of various policy actions of the programme including Tahaffuz, Kifalat, Housing for orphans and destitute, nutrition, district development portals and employment.
The Prime Minister said government wants to ensure complete transparency in all programmes including Bait-ul-Mal to eliminate element of discretion at any level.
