Quality of health services improved in country: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi says quality of health services in the country has improved owing to the government's initiatives taken in this sector.
Addressing a function at National Institute of Health in Islamabad this evening, he said provision of healthcare facilities is the basic responsibility of the state.
The Prime Minister said despite devolution of health sector to province under 18th amendment the federal government will continue playing its due role for enforcement of a uniformed health policy across the country.
Earlier, speaking on the inaugural ceremony of Technical Institute in Islamabad this evening, he said decision of the general public should be acceptable for all and PML-N will win upcoming general election on the basis of its performance.
He said PML-N has served the nation without any discrimination by establishing energy, gas, development and road projects across Pakistan. AFP
