Singh government issues 1.5 billion grant for Karachi

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has decided to issue 1.5 billion special grant for Karachi here at today in order to improve the infrastructure of the city.
As per details, Syed Qaim Ali Shah decided to issue immediately 1.5 billion grant for Karachi saying that the amount would be used to improve infrastructure of the city.
Sources said that this amount would be used in construction and repairing of roads as well as improve the conditions of hospitals in the city while this amount would be spent under the surveillance of Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner.
On the other hand, District administration accounts have also been restored by Commissioner Karachi after that matter of salaries payment to local body employees would be resolved soon.
