CPEC is gift for nation: Shahbaz

ISLAMABAD: President PML (N) Shahbaz Sharif says if voted to power, his party will accelerate work on all development projects launched by former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
Addressing people of Swat via video link, he said that PML (N) government added thousands of megawatt electricity to the national grid besides strengthening the national economy.
He said Muhammad Nawaz Sharif also conducted nuclear test resisting all sort of national pressure.
Shahbaz Sharif said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a gift for the nation and this will create more job opportunities.
He said Punjab government has constructed a state of art hospital in Swat besides spending over eighty crore rupees on welfare of Temporarily Displace Persons from Swat and other areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
He criticized the performance of PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and said it could not complete a single developmental project in the province.
