Why Sindh Government is not extending Rangers Powers in Karachi?

LAHORE : The issue of the Rangers Powers extension in Karachi is worsening as Rangers powers have been suspended and no extension has yet been granted by the provincial government.
Senior Analyst Kamran Khan has said that Sindh government has not extended the tenure of Rangers in the province due to which all the authorities of Rangers have been suspended.
The reason behind not extending the tenure is raid at Asif Ali Zardari’s close friend Anwar Majeed’s Omni group.
Home Ministry had sent summary to the Chief Minister House but no directives were received so far.
