Terrorism case registered against Opposition leader in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh

A terrorism case has been registered against Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf MPA and Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh.
According to the details, Police said that a case on the complaint of the Sindh government has been registered at Memon Goth PS under terrorism charges, aerial firing and creating a disturbance against Haleem Adil Sheikh.
Sheikh will be produced before an anti-terrorism court (ATC) today, said the police.
It may be recalled the election commission took strict action against Haleem Adil Sheikh for violating the code of conduct in the PS-88 constituency during by elections.
The Election Commission had said that Haleem Adil Sheikh should be expelled from the constituency for walking around with official protocol and weapons.
Police had arrested Haleem Adil Sheikh in two old cases but after his arrest another case was registered against him.
Earlier, Sindh Education Minister Saeed Ghani had said that a terrorism case should be registered against Haleem Adil Sheikh. He said that Haleem Adil Sheikh tried to influence the polling process and the Election Commission should notify the police.
