Former Home Minister of India holds Modi responsible for Kashmir unrest

NEW DEHLI: Senior Congress leader and former Indian Home Minister P Chidambaram has said the BJP government is totally responsible for the unrest in Kashmir valley.
In a statement, he said the statements of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the cabinet members have exacerbated the crisis.
Chidambaram voiced concerns over the situation in Jammu and Kashmir saying the loss of lives of protesting youth and other civilians is devastating and must stop.
