SC constitutes committee for appointment of Chairman PEMRA

ISLAMABAD:A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has constituted a committee for the appointment of Chairman PEMRA.
The seven-member committee is headed by Mian Aamir Mahmood and amongst its other members also include the Secretary Information and Broadcasting Sardar Ahmad Nawaz Sukhera.
The committee will furnish its recommendations on the matter in three weeks time.
Hearing of the case has been adjourned till Monday next. APP/AFP
