Government spokesperson rejects WhatsApp group news against Maryam Aurangzeb

ISLAMABAD- A government spokesperson has rejected the news of a WhatsApp group regarding Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb.
The spokesperson said the news was fabricated, concocted and was part of a malicious propaganda campaign against the government. The story was orchestrated to malign the Minister of State for Information.
It further said that the name and telephone number of Marriyum Aurangzeb were made part of the screenshot after doing a Photoshop of it.
The spokesman added that the Minister of State has sent a complaint to PEMRA in this regard.
