Shocking: Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas statement against Hamas

The head of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, said that Hamas' policies and actions do not represent the Palestinians. According to Wafa News Agency, in a telephone conversation with the President of Venezuela, Mahmoud Abbas stated that the policies, programs, and decisions of any other organization besides the Palestinian Liberation Organization do not represent the Palestinian people.
He strongly opposed the relocation from Gaza and called it another catastrophe for Palestinians.
Both leaders called for an immediate ceasefire, the protection of Palestinians, and the immediate opening of humanitarian corridors to provide medical supplies, water, and food to Gaza.
Mahmoud Abbas also denounced the killing of civilians by both sides and called for the immediate release of civilians, prisoners, and the wounded from both sides.
