Session Court verdict on Bushra Bibi bail plea in Toshakhana Case

On Monday, the district and session court granted an extension to the interim bail of Bushra Bibi, the former first lady and spouse of Imran Khan, the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), in the Toshakhana case.
This extension is effective until October 31. Bushra, accompanied by her legal team, appeared before Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra's court.
Safdar noted that Bushra Bibi has consistently attended all hearings, but the prosecution was notably absent from the court on this particular day.
Furthermore, the sessions court has postponed the hearing on the bail requests of PTI chairman until October 24.
