Lahore: Spokesperson for the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), Hafiz Hamdullah, says that deals through backchannel communications are possible in Pakistan, and there might be a deal with the PTI Chairman as well, but the timing is uncertain.
According to the details, PDM's spokesperson Hafiz Hamdullah, in an exclusive interview with ARY News, stated that it's possible that efforts for deals could be made through backchannel communications in Pakistan. There may be discussions with the PTI Chairman, and deals might occur, but the timing remains unknown.
The PDM spokesperson revealed that efforts were made by BB Shaheed, but the PTI Chairman has not given any guarantees. As long as politicians engage in power politics rather than serving the people, deals will continue to happen.
Hafiz Hamdullah mentioned that Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto were given security risks status. Then, they became Prime Ministers. At one point, Nawaz Sharif was in exile, and he returned to become Prime Minister.
Regarding questions about elections, he said that if elections don't happen, what can be the future of the country? Maulana Fazlur Rehman didn't say there won't be elections; he pointed out certain issues.
On the decision to repatriate non-resident Afghans, the PDM spokesperson stated that the decision to expel illegal Afghan refugees is not something a weak or caretaker government can handle. If you have a four-month transitional government, you can't make decisions for the future. The primary role of the caretaker government is to conduct elections.
