According to American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, skipping breakfast makes it difficult for body to regulate metabolism which impact response of body to insulin and inflammation development.According to a study, published in Journal of the American College of Cardiology, skipping breakfast and heart disease are interlinked.
Around 4,000 people took part in the study, it is disturbing to learn that atherosclerosis occurred frequently in those who used to skip breakfast. Moreover, this condition is also responsible for narrowing and hardening of the arteries, which increases chance of stroke and heart attack.
