Indian Forces open fire at the funeral procession of Kashmiri martyr

SRINAGAR: In Occupied Kashmir, normal life remained affected in the Valley for the 131st consecutive day, today, due to the strike against illegal Indian occupation and the ongoing Indian brutalities in the territory.
The joint Hurriyet leadership had called for anti-India strike on Wednesday.
Educational institutions and all business establishments were closed, while traffic was off the road in Srinagar and other districts of the Valley.
The All Parties Hurriyet Conference in a statement in Srinagar condemned the killing of a youth and shelling on the funeral procession.
Senior APHC leader Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi in a statement in Srinagar criticized RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat’s assertions that India is a Hindu Rashtra had utterly exposed the fictitious character of so-called secular India.
Meanwhile, an Indian police man belonging to Special Operation Groupwas killed in an attack in Baramulla district.
The Secretary General of World Kashmir Awareness, Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai, in an article said that only the settlement of Kashmir dispute would lead to peace in the region.
