Chinese investor’s team expresses interest in Gwadar for future development projects

QUETTA: The Chinese investor’s team visited Gwadar for future development projects here at Tuesday. The team inspected the different development projects here at Gwadar under CPEC project.
As per details, the vice president of China’s Central Development Bank, Xaio Mingzheng led by 19 member delegation and the Chief of the Centre for Social and Economic Development Research Duan Linyun leading 11 member delegation visited Gwadar and voiced their interest towards investing in Gwadar.
The Chinese delegation was welcomed by Chairman Gwadar Port Authority (GPA), Dostain Khan Jamaldani, and the Director General of Gwadar Development Authority, Sajjad Hussain upon their arrival.
The Chinese delegation visited different projects including Gwadar Development Authority Complex, Port Civic Centre and Gwadar Free Trade Zone while the visiting delegation was briefed by Sajjad Hussain and Dostain Khan Jamaldani regarding Gwaddar Port and Gwadar master plan.
DG GDA and Chairman GPA also informed the delegation about the ongoing projects here at Gwadar and investment in them.
Speaking at the occasion the Chinese delegation said that there is vast opportunities to invest in Gwadar port projects.
