ISLAMABAD, Jun 16 (APP): Pakistan foreign Reserves at highest point in history
The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at US $ 21,415.1 million on June 10,2016.
Giving the break-up of the foreign reserves position a statement of Central Bank issued on Thursday said that Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan stood at US$ 16,546.2 million while the Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks were US$ 4,868.9 million on June 10,2016.
The SBP statement said that during the week ending June 10,2016, SBP's Liquid FX Reserves increased by US$ 83 million to US$16,546 million, compared to US$16,463 million in the previous week.
