India building collapse : Six Army Personnel, one civilian killed

At least six Army Personnel and a Civilian were killed after a building collapsed in India's Northern Solan District.
The Guest House building collapsed due to heavy rains in the area. Rescue Operations were going on to retrieve the bodies and the Survivours. At least seven more people were feared trapped under the rubble.
Chief of India's Northern Himachal Pradesh State said a magisterial probe has been ordered into the incident and an F.I.R had been filed against the owner of the Building.
