Musharraf led APML President withdraws in favour of PTI in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD – APML president Dr Amjad withdrew his candidature in favor of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf on Monday.
He made the announcement during a meeting with PTI chairman Imran Khan in Banigala.
Senior leader Asad Umar was also present.
Dr Amjad had filed his nomination papers for NA-53 and 54.
