LHC orders to recover occupied land from qabza mafia

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) has ordered to recover the occupied land from the qabza mafia and stop the illegal construction in the Walled City of Lahore.
The single bench of justice Ali Akbar Qureshi heard the case in Lahore on Monday.
The DG of the Walled city Authority has submitted the report regarding unlawful construction of five plazas in the walled city on government land by the land mafia and requested the court to stop illegal construction of forty constructions in the walled city.
