War of words worsens between AJK government and Federal Ministers in Islamabad
MUZZAFRABAD: AJK Prime Minister Ch. Abdul Majid demanded an apology from PM Nawaz Sharif over the death of 2 PPP workers in Kotli. Mourning day was observed in Kotli by PPP over the death of its workers.

 

As per details, PPP workers staged protest against Federal Government in Muzaffarabad. The protesters raised play cards and chanted slogan against federal ministers. AJK PM Abdul Majid was also present in the protest rally.

 

While addressing the protestors, he alleged that federal government is not serious in resolving Kashmir dispute and is just trying to please Modi government. Abdul Majid said that federal ministers are responsible for PPP workers killing in Muzaffarabad.

 

On the other hand, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting expressed his grief over the arrest of PML-N workers in AJK and said that AJK PM uttered humiliating words against federal ministers but the government took it with fortitude while his statements were also published in newspapers.

 

He added that to maintain law and order in AJK is the responsibility of AJK government and not of  federal government. However, federal government will accept the decision of judicial commission which is formed by AJK government.
