Chinese stock investors to buy Chicago Stock Exchange
BEIJING: Chicago Stock Exchange is being acquired by a Chinese company.

 

The management team and trading platforms of Chicago Stock Exchange will remain same.

 

The Chicago Stock Exchange is one of the America’s oldest Stock Exchange which was founded a century ago.

 

Details of the transaction are not disclosed yet.

 

The buyer claimed that deal will be finalized in second half of the year and needs to be approved by US Securities and Exchange Commission.

 

China has also bought a Swiss chemical giant Sygenta worth $43 billions.
