TLP Chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi rushed to Hospital on suspected heart pain

ISLAMABAD - Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) chief Khadim Rizvi was rushed to hospital in Lahore, media reports claimed.

According to details, Rizvi complained of chest pain during his stay at the Kot Lakhpat Jail. Upon his request, he was moved to a hospital for medical checkup.

The TLP has filed a review petition against the Supreme Court’s verdict to acquit Aasia Bibi of blasphemy charges, the apex court will decide the plea the coming weeks.

In November, Rizvi was arrested after the government ordered law enforcement agencies to begin a countrywide crackdown on the far-right religious outfit, the Ministry of Interior said.
