Chotu gang leader put some conditions before government for surrendering

RAJANPUR: Chuto gang leader Ghulam Rasul alias Chotu has put some conditions before government saying that he would only surrender before Army and Ch. Nisar would have to assure him that he would be sentenced by army.
While talking to a private news channel, Ghulam Rasul alias Chuto said that he was not a dacoit by birth and he was compelled by police brutality to challenge the writ of state.
Police have made him terrorist and anti-state element while he just began this war for the protection of his community right, Chotu explained, adding that he is not anti-state element that Army is taking action against him.
Chotu made it clear that he would prefer to sacrifice his life in this operation instead of surrendering until the presence of Police in this operation against him.
Chotu gang leader added that Interior Minister Ch. Nisar would have to establish telephonic contact with him, assuring that he would be punished by only Pak Army instead of police, if government want to surrender them.
