Friendship Mafia is spoiling Pakistan cricket team performance, stunning claims made

Former national cricket all-rounder Abdul Razzaq has said after Pakistan's embarrassing loss to India in the World Cup that there are too many friendships in the national team at the moment which are adverse to the team success.

While speaking on a local private TV sports program after the match, Captain Babar Azam said that we were playing normal cricket. Hey, we were not playing against any other team, but against India, and this match is never normal; it's synonymous with "do or die."

Abdul Razzaq said that we didn't do anything in the match and made it a one-sided match with poor performance. If we need to rest our bowlers, then they should rest against smaller teams like Afghanistan and others.

Former fast bowler said that it is not understood why the board wants to empower the captain whoever comes to the helm. It means to shoot yourself in the foot. We do not have so much strength to take care of our players and send them to the field with good physical fitness alongside alternatives.

He further stated that there is too much friendship in the team, and when this happens, issues arise.

Abdul Razzaq added that Babar and Rizwan did not play according to the conditions in the match. Where they needed to play aggressively, they played very slowly, which resulted in the defeat.
