Earthquake rattled Indian capital New Delhi

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake rattled New Delhi, the capital of India, on Sunday, as confirmed by the country's National Center for Seismology. The quake's epicenter was located 13 kilometers from Faridabad in Haryana. This seismic event took place at 4:08 PM Indian Standard Time.

In a separate incident, the southern regions of Afghanistan experienced a significant earthquake today, marking the third such seismic occurrence in just nine days.

The US Geological Survey (USGS) reported that the epicenter of this tremor was situated 30 kilometers northwest of Herat, which is Afghanistan's third-largest city and is near the Iranian border.

Thus far, there have been no reports of casualties.
