Senate bypolls: How many votes PTI and PML-N candidates secured in Punjab Assembly?

ISLAMABAD - Waleed Iqbal and Seemi Aizdi of Pakistan Tahreek e Insaf have won Senate seats in the by-election on a general and a women' reserved seat, from Punjab.
The polling was held in Punjab Assembly building in Lahore today.
Waleed Iqbal got 184 votes while his opponent PML(N) candidate Saud Majeed secured 176 votes. Whereas Seemi Aizdi got 183 votes while her opponent PML(N) candidate Saira Afzal Tarar secured 175 votes.
These seats had fallen vacant, due to de-notification of Haroon Khan and Saadia Abbasi as senators in light of a Supreme Court verdict.
Provincial Election Commissioner, Punjab Zafar Iqbal Hussain conducted the polling process and announced the result.
