First batch of F-35 jets expected to be delivered in November: Turkish Defense Minister

Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar has said the first batch of F-35 fighter jets is expected to be delivered from the United States in November this year.
The state-run Anadolu Agency cited Defense Minister as saying that despite some statements, the process of procuring F-35 jets is working fine and our pilots and maintenance team are receiving training in the U.S.
Turkey plans to purchase a total of 100 F-35 fighter jets from the United States.
