Why is India harassing Pakistani diplomats in New Delhi?

ISLAMABAD - Pakistani officials and their families are facing intense harassment, intimidation and outright violence from the Indian-state agencies.
It is the Indian reaction in response to the fact that Pakistan is highlighting Kashmir dispute on all international forums.
Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav also admitted that India is making all out efforts to destabilize Pakistan. Indian forces are also involved in committing massive ceasefire violations in Occupied Kashmir.
The general assessment is that election year in India is approaching so Indian politicians has started anti-Pakistan and aggressive policies. Harassing Pakistani diplomats and their families is clear violation of Vienna convention.
Pakistan needs to record its protest in this regard on all international forums including International Court of Justice.
