Mahira Khan clinches yet another international award at UK Asian Film festival in London

LONDON - Pakistan's International star Mahira Khan has clinched yet another international award over her outstanding performance in the industry.
She is currently in London to attend the UK Asian Film Festival. The event commenced yesterday and will go on till March 25.
The actor was presented the Contribution to Film and Activism Award at the opening ceremony last night.
Humbled as always, Mahira dedicated the award to her son, Azlan. Clad in a deconstructed Elan sari, the *Raees* star expressed her gratitude after receiving the award.
“Thank you. I’m going to keep it short,” laughed Mahira. “Like you said, if my son is being overlooked (because of my work)? I always ask my son about what should I say?
Should I thank you? And he would always respond, ‘Please don’t thank me.’ So, I hope someone is recording this!”
