WCOP appreciates Pakistan Govt for presenting tax-free budget

ISLAMABAD-The World Congress of Overseas Pakistanis has appreciated the government for presenting a tax-free budget despite a difficult situation due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Talking to APP, Executive Director of the organization, Arif Anis Malik said this budget is the best effort in the current scenario replete with uncertain future.
He said no taxes have been added and construction industry has been promoted that could play a vital role in taking off the economy in post COVID-19 time.
Arif Anis Malik said this budget was the most difficult as coronavirus has wreaked havoc with the national economic management.
He said not only Pakistan but even the G8 countries are feeling the bite of the pandemic.
