Iran says it is ready to hold talks but will not bow to bullying.
This was stated by Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in a televised speech.
He said if there is reduction of commitment by other parties to the 2015 agreement, Iran will do the same and if they remain committed Iran will follow suit.
