Flash flood kills 22 in AJK

In Azad Kashmir, at least 22 people are feared dead in a flash flood at Lesva in Neelum valley.
According to State Disaster Management Authority sources, 11 of them belong to tableeghi jammat while 9 are local people. The Lesva bazaar fully damaged in the flood.
Damaged infrastructures included 150 houses and shops, two basic health units, four vehicles and a number of motor bikes.
Rescue activities have been initiated. Phone service remained off which resulted in delayed response from the authorities concerned.
