CTD Punjab arrests three terrorists of banned organisation

BAHAWALPUR - The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Monday conducted an operation on intelligence report in Jhungiwala area near Bahawalpur and arrested three terrorists.
According to CTD spokesperson, the arrested terrorists belonged to a banned outfit and were planning to carry out terrorist attacks on sensitive installations in Bahawalpur.
The arrested terrorists were identified as Samiullah, Muhammad Sher and Shah Wali. The CTD personnel also recovered explosive material, ball bearings, detonators and other equipment from their possession.
The arrested terrorists were shifted to some undisclosed location for further investigation.
