In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown will consecutively continue on second day today against the Indian designs to change demography of the territory by revoking Articles 35-A and 370 of the Indian Constitution.
Call for the strike has been given by the Joint Resistance Leadership and supported by various political parties and organizations in the valley, including Jamaat-e-Islami, Kashmir Centre for Social and Development Studies and Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
All shops and business establishments will remain close. Indian forces’ personnel have been deployed in strength across the valley.
