Spring tree plantation campaign begins in GB on Feb 15

In Gilgit-Baltistan, spring tree plantation campaign begins on Thursday.
Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman will launch the campaign by planting a sapling at family Park Chinar garden in Gilgit.
In an interview with our Gilgit correspondent today Minister Forest, Wildlife and Environment Muhammad Imran said three million saplings would be planted across GB during the current campaign.
He said students, communities and Government departments would be involved to achieve target and ensure protection of newly planted saplings.APP/AFP
