Measures underway to increase gas quantity: Petroleum Minister

Minister for Petroleum Division Ghulam Sarwar Khan says the government is taking steps to ensure gas supply to domestic as well as industrial consumers.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the gas crisis in the country would be over soon as measures are underway to increase its quantity and pressure to cope with its demand during winter.
The Minister said an inquiry has been ordered into the current gas crisis. He said Boards of Directors of Sui Southern Gas Company and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited would be dissolved to improve efficiency of both the companies.
