Islam is religion of peace: Zubair

Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair has said Islam is a religion of peace, brotherhood and it guarantees minorities complete religious freedom.
He was talking to a delegation of Christian community led by Bishop Nazir Alam called on him in Karachi on Thursday.
The Governor said equal opportunities are being provided to minorities and their participation in every sector is being ensured.
He lauded the role of minorities in the development and prosperity of the province and said that minorities particularly Christian community is playing an important role in education and health sectors.
